01Brief description of the activity

Development, production and commercialisation of innovative software products.

02Corporate purpose

The company's purpose is the carrying out of the following activities, directly or through controlled companies:

1. Development, production and commercialisation, both in Italy and abroad, of innovative software products with high technological value, with particular but non-exclusive reference to applications for mobile phones and mobile devices, digital platforms and management software.

2. Provision of specialist consulting services, in the field of analysis and optimisation of industrial processes, in matters of corporate management and organisation, as well as assistance to companies in the field of electronic commerce (e-commerce) and in the development of their growth plans.

3. Provision of digital marketing services for businesses, through the development and positioning of digital applications.

4. Activities related to training and consulting, always within the digital sector, also to be carried out through collaboration with industry, universities and research centres.

5. Sale of IT solutions based on market-standard software.

Solely for the purpose of pursuing its corporate object, the company may carry out —  always in compliance with the prohibitions, limits, conditions and authorisations required by law — commercial, industrial, securities and real-estate transactions connected to the principal activities, which the management body deems necessary or useful for the pursuit of the corporate object, including the acquisition of shareholdings in other companies or enterprises with a similar, related or connected purpose, provided that the corporate object is not thereby modified; such activities shall be carried out non-publicly and on a secondary (non-prevailing) basis, and in any event excluding all reserved activities referred to in Italian Laws no. 12/1979, no. 1966/1939, no. 1815/1939 and in Legislative Decree no. 58/1998 and Legislative Decree no. 385/1993.
